The Broadview Hotel features the most intimate and flexible meeting space in Wichita. With 10 different function rooms to choose from, we can accommodate small meetings of 12 or conferences of up to 1,200.

The Crystal Ballroom
The beautifully restored Crystal ballroom, located on the first floor, offers an elegant setting for any social or business gathering. Crystal Ballrooms 1, 2, and 3 are separated by air walls that can be opened to expose 1 large meeting space for bigger conventions or meetings.

The Exhibit Hall
With its street access for easy loading, the Exhibit Hall offers the meeting planner an excellent facility for trade shows. This 9,000 square foot room can be divided into two halls and can accommodate up to 50 booths.

The Plaza Room
Located on the first floor of the hotel, it is ideal for receptions and meetings. The high ceilings, accented by lovely chandeliers, give the Plaza Room its unique appeal.

The Rose Room
The Rose Room is located on the mezzanine level overlooking the lobby. This elegant room, with its restored molding and woodwork, provides a rich and warm setting for all occasions.

The Balcony and Director's Room
Located on either side of the Rose Room. These two breakout spaces are perfect for smaller intimate meetings of 10 to 50 people.

The Arkansas Room
Just a staircase away from the Exhibit Hall, it features a flexible, functional space for breakout meetings or serves as a great hospitality room.
